IN THE BEGINNING
My work was always about connection.
Designing loyalty systems. Structuring engagement. Building value exchanges between brands and communities.
But over time, something became clear. There was no shortage of talent. No shortage of heart. No shortage of stories waiting to be told. What was missing was infrastructure.
The systems that turn passion into progress. Potential into participation. Talent into sustainable opportunity.
THE INFLECTION POINT.
That realisation sharpened when my family funded Africa’s top ranked UCI cycling team – a Pan-African squad of 26 riders from six nations.
They competed on the world stage. They won. They carried the hopes of a continent.
Yet they were held back by something invisible:
A lack of sustainable economic structure around them.
Not talent. Not drive. Not belief. Infrastructure.
That was the moment ProTouch evolved.
WE REIMAGINED PROTOUCH.
Not as a consultancy. Not as a team.

Built to design the operating systems sport never had.

Podium Pursuit became our live demonstration of what is possible.
