The Springboks, led by the legendary Siya Kolisi, are gearing up to face the world number one, Ireland, on Saturday, September 23rd. This match carries immense significance, as the victor will ascend to the top spot in the global rankings. Beyond individual glory, this clash will also dictate the quarter-finals. The two top-ranked teams from pool B, following this encounter, will lock horns with the leading duo from pool A, namely France or New Zealand.

Meanwhile, on September 27th, Namibia faces Uruguay. Their captain is yet to be announced following Johan Deysel’s red card and their challenging 96-0 defeat to the host nation, France.
