Today, ProTouch Africa announced a ground-breaking partnership with the African Chapter of Global College USA – Africa to empower aspiring African athletes. The partnership aims to provide tools and opportunities to excel in both sports and academics. This will offer a transformative path toward international recognition and a brighter future.

Global College USA is at the forefront of this partnership and is on a mission to revolutionize the world of student-athletes. Initially focusing on sports such as tennis, soccer, hockey, golf, running, and swimming, Global College USA – Africa has ambitious plans to encompass all sports disciplines. Their primary objective is to help student-athletes secure both sports and academic scholarships at prestigious U.S. universities. This will enable them to seamlessly balance their athletic pursuits with top-tier education.

Their average scholarship secured per student per year stands at an impressive $25,000. Global College has overseen the management of scholarships totalling over $11 million, forging partnerships with more than 2,000 U.S. universities and impacting 15 different sports modalities.

Securing a sports scholarship at a U.S. university is within reach for student-athletes, contingent upon factors such as family budget, academic and sports proficiency, and adherence to specific academic prerequisites.
