2024 Africa Aquatics Zone IV Swimming Championships

From April 4th to April 7th, 2024, the aquatic talents of Africa will converge in Windhoek, Namibia, vying for continental glory and a chance to etch their names in swimming history.

The Women’s Proteas

On April 3rd, the Women’s Protea T20I series against Sri Lanka reaches its climactic conclusion. Currently deadlocked with one win apiece, South Africa and Sri Lanka are set for a nail-biting finale.

In the opening encounter on March 27th, South Africa showcased their dominance with a resounding 79-run victory over Sri Lanka, fueled by Laura Wolvaardt’s stellar performance, amassing 102 runs off 63 balls. However, Sri Lanka roared back in the second match on March 30th, securing a convincing seven-wicket win over South Africa.
